So, the Wii goal. . . 24.97 BMI. . . I made it today. Now, for the first time ever, I am the "correct weight" or as the Wii puts it. . ."normal" (well, not now since I've had dinner and a drink, but . . . earlier . . .). It only took about 5 miles of running, a quick ab regimen, and 30 minutes of step. The funny thing is. . . I don't feel ideal. . . Matt and Katie arrive on Friday. Tina and I noticed that a lot more people like to visit us in San Diego than Newport. . . Strange.
I talked to my detailer today. It looks like the War College is the next stop (as expected). That won't happen until the end of this year or early next year. In the meantime, we'll accept any and all visitors.
